Well I love freebies myself and couldn’t resist two great freebie offers that are on at the moment. There are two online companies, one launching in a week and the other one officially launching beginning of March that are offering members who sign up for free some nice FREE SHARES, JUST FOR SIGNING UP.

I was really feeling down in the dumps the last few days as it is has been a tough week for me but in order to shift those really snowy blues out of my life for a while I decided to sing one hot African song I loved for years but was equally frustrated because I never had the lyrics for it until now. Long live the Internet and Vive L’Afrique because now I can sing my heart out to Mory Kante’s Yeke Yeke but you know what?

Now I want to learn how to dance because I look like a little bit out of balance in the Youtube vid. I would love to dance African dance and sing too.

Anyway you can enjoy and have fun with my rendition of Yeke Yeke. I know it isn’t perfect but I enjoyed making it and also just love to sing it. This song is extremely special to me as it helped me to emotionally survive through very hard times and it is helping me again. Someone Upstairs must have put some soul medicine in the song, it just has that uplifting effect.

Well since entering the Blogosphere I have been sometimes confused, inspired, dismayed but never given up the hope that one day I may make it to being a pro Blogger. Well that may be a dream and a half but it’s good to have dreams right?

As a blogger though finding a pace to fit in can be very difficult at first because you want to define

1. Why you want to blog

2. What you want to blog about

3. Who you want to blog to

Once you get to the nitty gritty part of finding out the above three it seems to get easier. Some people find it good to be faceless niche bloggers, in other words they set up various blogs in various niches, like mesothelemia Lawyers, celebrities or How to get the best car insurance deals where they know their Adsense earnings are going to soar but they don’t put in their personality. All you get is some matter of fact mumbo jumbo filled with plenty of Good Seo and keywords that may rocket you forth to the high echelons of Google and Yahoo search engine success. These are great reference blogs and I won’t knock them, they are just more impersonal that’s all and are great for getting the information you need when you need it. I am always typing in certain long tail keywords like how to place meta tags in blogger blogs and kaboom I get a few blogs on Google that give me the answer to that exact question.

Then you have the Pinay, Pinoy and Wahm brigade who are basically work at home mums and Filipino bloggers, yes Pinoy and Pinay are the Filipino versions of dude and dudette (I think). These bloggers love to blog about everything and usually get humongous followings with loads of widgets on their blogs and free giveaways. You also get the good cat and dog blogs with hilarious pictures of cats or Videos of their pets on Youtube.

Ah then you get to the mega rich pro blogging Moneymakers who make a few thousand dollars off their blogs with hundreds of thousands of subscribers, now you are talking. Every one wants to be like those and living off the earnings of their blogs.

Somehow I just don’t fit in anywhere yet I love to visit all different types of bloggers blogging about everything and anything.I embrace and accept them all and depending on my mood I will read something about car insurance or how to save energy or even why Mummy’s baby puked twice this morning lol.

For me every one has a story to tell and a way of telling it. Blogging has brought the ordinary you and me, the Joe Bloggs into the limelight, each shedding it’s own light onto someone’ else’s little world. We can all make a difference and all have our say as long we we try never to hurt the feelings of another and if we can make someone smile, well that’ a bonus.

For me there is never a boring moment or even a boring person. What people think of as Mundane can be sacred to Another so without preconceived judgments I blog on………..

I am so so frustrated today as it looks like my relationship with Wordpress and its various plugin components don’t get along too well.

I have activated the conterize thingy Wordpress plugin but it isn’t showing up on my blog and I am all in  Tizz for it. I get really frustrated when I try and try and nothing happens, naught, nada, zilch NO..So I had to e-begg to Admin to see if they can fix it for me so I hope I get a reply soon.

With Blogger blogs I have had not really any major problems but with Wordpress, although I love the blogging side of it, creates havoc for my little pea sized brain so for technical abilities from a scale of one to ten I give myself a resounding 1.

If there are any nice Techies out there I would love some helping hands to help me decipher the Wordpress code or it is back to building my relationship with the fifteenth century Fibonacci and Forex candlestick charts!!!

Ah let’s see where my days as a Wordpress blogger and all this tech stuff will take me next.

Some of you already know me in various incarnations and forms as Yanjiaren, Qiwoman, Ellie Yan and what not so here you will find me in my full blossoming mode of madness. I will totally throw you off your center with posts ranging from making money online (Boring, unless you belong to the John Chow or Shoemoney crowd) to renditions of my poetic prowess, a.k.a soppy love poetry for my Beloved Jiawu. If that isn’t enough to tantalize your fantasies then there is always my divvy adventures with delving into the mysteries of html and my diary as an Seo Tech Virgin. HA HA as if anyone knows what Seo is unless they are Seo techies which I am not one. I can’t tell an H tag from body or a div.

Any way welcome to my world where I am totally free to freak out and ramble on and on until you develop shut eye from boredom fatale. Enjoy the ride, because some days when I am premenstrual the road will be bumpy so bear with me and let’s have some fun in life, even when life is a bitch and it sucks! We have to be grateful for what we have and try to do better, that is my motto. Oh by the way if you are wondering what that little poxy red thingy is above my post that is Yan in Chinese. You see I am engaged to one Hot Chinese man..you guessed it already!
